Heritage concentrates its business in three specific food service areas, staff catering, education catering and special events. We do not believe in diluting the quality of our expertise by attempting to specialise complex areas such as healthcare, remote site, laundry or maintenance - we leave these areas to experts and where appropriate, will create joint ventures that combine specific expertise and skills.
