Heritage has built up a small but experienced management team with each member bringing a unique set of skills to our business. Team members have senior level experience having worked in the past with national and international catering providers.

They are supported by the managing director, Tom Routledge, founder and owner of Heritage. Tom has many years experience in hospitality and catering commencing with a strong family background in hotel management and catering. A highlight of his career was being appointed catering manager for the Australian Pavilion at Expo 88, which hosted functions for World Leaders, Dignitaries and Royalty.

Professional Achievements

Heritage has received significant recognition for its service over the years including being a finalist and winner for the Awards for Excellence for Onsite Catering and Restaurant and Catering Queensland Awards. These are testaments to the 18 million retail and events transactions in New South Wales and Queensland over the past ten years. And supports the fact that 90% of accounts have contract terms between five and eleven years.
