Heritage will be proactive in regular themed menus and events to add variety to normal service, regular supplier sponsored promotions involving giveaways, or activities to support a new product launch.
Business contracts
Contract arrangements include but are not limited to:

Service level agreement
Heritage will through a mutually agreed Service Level Agreement commit to delivering a consistently high standard of food and beverage at all times. Key performance indicators cover financial activity, service delivery, customer satisfaction, legislative compliance, operational processes and staffing. These are monitored on a monthly basis.
Retail management software
Heritage has access to a retail POS interface system which is flexible and can be customised to suit your business. This includes shelf and product labelling, customer database management, loyalty software and production of stock and sales reports.
