Fine Food Fresh takes shape

Heritage Catering has expanded its operation with the acquisition of a production kitchen division called Fine Food Fresh.
The Fine Food Fresh production kitchen is a seven day a week operation and is located at Sumner Park, Brisbane.
The range of produce includes ‘cold larder’ items including a gourmet sandwich range, boxed salads servicing the University of Queensland, numerous cafes and food outlets plus lunch vans.
A recent function held on the Gold Coast for the ‘Transplant Games’ saw some 2000 items produced and delivered daily over two, four day periods.
The immediate priority for Fine Food Fresh will be to update the current product list to include a gourmet range and consolidate the servicing of our client base.
The kitchen will be utilized by our function and events catering division, Heritage Events, as well as the Heritage catering retail sites.
