Onsite cooked meals
It is part of the Heritage philosophy to produce as much product onsite as possible. Site cooked foods are far superior in taste, presentation, cost and customer appeal than imported mass produced menu items. Natural and fresh ingredients are of the utmost importance.
Provision of labour
We take the hassle out of staffing by providing a site manager and a permanent team. All employees undertake client security checks and complete WH&S, Food Safety, Hygiene, Customer Service, Food Preparation Training and Blue Card screening workshops.
